“Snacks Against the Wall” is a small Veteran Owned business that was started in mid-2024. Our family suffered the unimaginable loss of our beautiful son, Lennox Demetri Steward. In early 2024, during our many medical visits to various hospitals, clinics, and specialist care facilities, we found the biggest issue we always ran into (and couldn’t necessarily plan for) was finding things to eat at odd hours of the day or night. Finding a vending machine that didn’t cost us a car note to get something that would satisfy our appetite, which was often an afterthought, felt nearly impossible.

I am in no way under the impression that there is a shortage of vending machines in the world. But I did experience an almost never-ending search for a variety of affordable (& varying) options of food within the vending machines near us. Therefore it is a (maybe crazy) goal of mine to be able to provide affordable and unique food options for the community, and hopefully, we at Snacks Against the Wall can help anyone who is going through a tough time, a long night that has turned into morning or just a day on the move with not much time to stop and grab a bite. We aim to beat the odds and provide much needed relief with our “Snacks Against the Wall”.
